I'm raising money to help relieve the financial burden from families that have a child being treated for a cancer diagnosis.
After a dear family member was diagnosed with cancer, Hailey had a lot of questions. We spoke of all the difficulties they may face during their treatment and Hailey declared she would grow and donate her hair to give another person a little confidence during such difficult times. She's remained committed to this cause for a few years and is ready to make the cut.
Hailey and I are cutting our hair to support the creation of bespoke wigs for children. We will also be making a donation that will go towards providing essential financial assistance to families in need, and funding within paediatric oncology hospitals across the country, ensuring that every child facing cancer receives the care and support they deserve.
We will be getting our hair cut to send to Wigs4kids before Hailey returns to school. We will share photos with you.
