I’ve decided to do something that’s been on my heart for a long time — I’m donating 60cm of my hair to help create wigs for children going through cancer treatment.
Hair might seem like a small thing, but for kids who lose theirs because of cancer, it can affect their confidence, their identity, and how they feel when they look in the mirror. A wig can help them feel a little more like themselves again during a really tough time.
At the end of this fundraiser, I’ll be doing the big chop and donating my hair to Kids With Cancer to help make wigs for children who need them. I’m also fundraising to help cover the cost of creating wigs and supporting families during an incredibly hard journey.
