Time to Rock the Chop ✁

I'm raising money to help relieve the financial burden on families with a child undergoing cancer treatment.

As many of you know, I’m blessed to have thick, long hair—and sometimes I take that for granted, especially when I don’t brush it for a few days and end up with an arm workout just trying to get through it 🪮💪! I’ve been thinking about cutting it for a while, but I didn’t want it to go to waste—so why not donate it to such a great cause?

Throughout my nursing placements I wittnessed firsthand the challenges that children with cancer and their families face. That’s why I’m donating at least 30cm of my hair to Kids with Cancer, Wigs 4 Kids—to help create bespoke wigs for children who have lost their hair due to treatment. But it’s more than just hair. Donations also provide financial assistance to families in need and help fund pediatric oncology hospitals across the country, ensuring every child facing cancer gets the care and support they deserve 🫶.
