I'm raising money to help relieve the financial burden from families that have a child being treated for a cancer diagnosis.
I love my hair and I’ve always loved having it long.
But for my 8th birthday, I’ve decided (then begged and begged mum) to cut it short to help kids who are less fortunate than me.
My hair and fundraising will help support the creation of bespoke wigs for children with cancer, provide financial assistance to families who need it, and support paediatric oncology hospitals across the country.
If my hair can help another child feel brave or smile during a really hard time, then it’s worth it.
