Kids with Cancer Foundation will not accept registrations from people living outside of Australia.
Kids with Cancer Foundation will not reimburse any costs associated with your event.
Kids with Cancer Foundation accepts no responsibility for any loss, liability or injury, occupational, health, safety and welfare claims arising from any Fundraising Event. It is the responsibility of the site Fundraiser to ensure the safety of themselves and any attendees of their Fundraising Event, including providing first aid services if they are needed. Registered Fundraisers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any appropriate insurance for their Fundraising Event, including public liability insurance.
Any cash donations that are collected during the event, must be reported to Kids with Cancer Foundation, and will be added to this site, as an offline donation, to provide total transparency to donors.
Permission is required to use the Kids with Cancer logo to advertise or conduct the Fundraising Event except in accordance with the materials (if any) provided to you by Kids with Cancer Foundation without prior consent.
Kids with Cancer Foundation must approve any marketing marterial that is being used to promote the event, through advertising.
Kids with Cancer may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and upon amending them we will repost them on our websites. Registered Fundraisers will be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions from that time.
You give consent for photographs or other information that you provide from the event to KWCF to be advertised on our website, in publications, and on social media sites.
