I'm raising money to help relieve the financial burden from families that have a child being treated for a cancer diagnosis.

I am cutting my hair to fundraise to help sick kids throughout Australia.  Not only will my lovely locks be used to make a wig, your donations to the cause that means so much to me, will allow Kids with Cancer Foundation to continue with their financial support of families that have a child suffering cancer.

Hair chopped

Sunday 7th Jul
We visiting our local barbers and after prepping the hair all morning it was time to say good bye!

He was able to donate 24cm and was he so happy to see it all finally go to its intended purpose. The envelope posted a few hours later and he has a new spring in his step as he shows off his new style.

We are still trying to get used to this new Lockie and makes me smile seeing him so happy with what he has managed to do.

My son started growing his hair in the hope to donate it to make a WIG for a child suffering with cancer. 

It was inspired by his late Grandad Guy who passed away in 2014 from Brain 🧠 Cancer. Of course Lachlan Guy at 6 years never got to meet him, but got the special gift of his name to carry on his memory.

He has the required length of hair to donate and has requested it all off before the school holidays! 

We have found a charity to donate the hair and the cost to make a child a wig is under $3000, with tax time coming now would be the perfect time to donate please find the link below!
