To cut or not to cut: you decide

By Kingsley Kolenko Join Me

I'm raising money to help relieve the financial burden from families that have a child being treated for a cancer diagnosis.

When I learnt I could grow my hair to make a wig for a child who had lost their hair because of illness or cancer therapy, I decided it was something I could do.

It has been 18 months since my last hair cut. It gets in my eyes, I get confused for a girl, it hurts when mum brushes it sometimes but I have kept growing it knowing I needed to get to at least 20cm.

Now I want to cut it, but mum thinks I can keep going.

We made a deal. If I raise $1000, I will grow it another 10cm and mum will give me a gift equal to 10% of the amount raised as incentive for me.

So the question is to cut or not to cut? How much do you want me to keep it growing????
