Hi everyone,
My daughter Thea, who is now in Year 2, has made the wonderful decision to donate her hair to Wigs4Kids.
She has been growing her hair for quite some time and has taken great care of it with the help of Mimi Haircare, making sure it’s healthy and ready for donation. We’re so proud of her kindness and determination to help other children in need.
We’ll be cutting and donating her hair on Saturday, 30 May 2026.

My daughter Thea is 6 years old and will be starting Year 2 in 2026. One day, we were casually talking about hair and about children who are sick, and that simple conversation led to something truly meaningful. Thea decided she wanted to donate her hair to help kids with cancer—and as her mum, I felt inspired to join her. Together, we are cutting our hair to raise funds that will help create bespoke wigs for children undergoing treatment, provide essential financial assistance to families in need, and support paediatric oncology hospitals across the country. We want every child facing cancer to feel cared for, supported, and never alone.
