Georgie's Kids Cancer fundraiser

In July 2023, my niece Lillie-Rose age 10 and her family were given the tough news that Lillie had a rare form of children's cancer on her Kidney, This resulted in the removal of her entire left kidney and 6 long months of weekly chemotherapy sessions. It's has been a tough road for Lillie and our family and as her Aunty it's has been tough watching from a distance as i live far away. Regardless of what this time has thrown at Lillie-Rose, she has continued to remain positive and in high spirits and has done some amazing work with her Primary school to raise awareness for Children’s cancer. The kids with cancer foundation has done some absolutely wonderful work for her during this time. This is why this fundraiser is so important to me! To not only raise awareness for children’s cancer but to also raise funds so these children can continue to get the treatment they need and the support for their families.
