I'm raising money to help relieve the financial burden from families that have a child being treated for a cancer diagnosis.
This fundraiser is more than a haircut for me, it’s a promise I made to myself, and to the people I’ve loved and lost.
For almost two years, I’ve been growing my hair with one purpose: to donate it so a child with cancer can receive a wig that helps them feel like themselves again. Something as simple as hair can be a lifeline… a piece of confidence, a spark of normality, a reminder that they are still them, even during the hardest fight of their life.
I’m doing this in honour of two extraordinary women who shaped my world: my grandmother and great-grandmother. Both were taken far too soon by cancer. Their warmth, strength, and love never left me, and this is my way of carrying their legacy forward.
Every donation, no matter the size, becomes part of that legacy. It becomes a message to a child: You are strong. You are seen. You are not fighting alone.
If you’re able to give, you’re not just supporting a haircut, you are helping create a moment of hope for a child who desperately needs it. And that hope is something truly powerful.
