I'm raising money to help relieve the financial burden from families that have a child being treated for a cancer diagnosis.
In June 2023, Elli and I saw a child Elli’s age on my Facebook feed going through cancer.
She turned to me and said “oh mum that’s so sad that they have to go through cancer and loose their hair as well, I think want to grow mine and donate it to go towards making wigs for them”
What a heart of gold our Elli belly has and has been 100% committed to growing her hair, even to the point of telling our hair dresser to “only trim and I mean trim it”
So she’s cutting her hair to fundraise to support the creation of bespoke wigs for children, provide essential financial assistance to families in need, and funding within paediatric oncology hospitals across the country, ensuring that every child facing cancer receives the care and support they deserve.
