I'm raising money to help relieve the financial burden from families that have a child being treated for a cancer diagnosis.
I am cutting my hair to fundraise to support the creation of bespoke wigs for children, provide essential financial assistance to families in need, and funding within paediatric oncology hospitals across the country, ensuring that every child facing cancer receives the care and support they deserve.
Please support me in my fundraising journey, together we can make today easier for kids with cancer and their families.

My Journey
Wednesday 18th DecHello my name is Dominic, but my friends like to call me Dom. For the past 2 1/2 years I have been growing my hair for cancer. I wanted to make a difference in a child’s life so they could feel confident.
Growing my hair was no easy task, l had been mistaken for a girl many times. I was lucky enough
to have the most supportive family and friends. l think without them I wouldn't have been able to get through it.
On Thursday 12th December was my Grade 6 Graduation, so I turned up with short hair. Just earlier that day one of my friends awarded me with the longest hair of all the boys award.
So now all my hair is gone and been sent off, I would also like to raise some funds for the Kids with Cancer Foundation. The price of each wig to be hand made to fit each individual child is $2,750 and takes around 40hours to make.
The wigs are provided Free and the funds raised will help cover the cost of the wig.
