I'm raising money to help relieve the financial burden from families that have a child being treated for a cancer diagnosis.
Hey Legends,
As a lot of you may know, in 2025 my world changed when I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 27. Since then I’ve learnt so much and navigated the physical and emotional challenges of surgery and recovery.
I am now preparing for the next chapter of my treatment: eight rounds of chemotherapy, followed by hormone therapy. Unfortunately one of the side effects of the AC drug is hair loss.
As a woman, I know how much our hair is tied to our identity, confidence and sense of self. The thought of losing mine is incredibly daunting. But as I prepare for this next stage, I want to turn something difficult in my own journey into something meaningful.
Having experienced a cancer diagnosis and knowing the feeling of being the youngest person in the clinic, I want to sharing the dignity & give a child a little confidence and normality during such a challenging time.
My goal: One wig donated, raising funds for a second.
Medical-grade human hair wigs for children undergoing cancer treatment cost $3,300 to make. My goal is to help provide two children with a beautiful, custom-made wig.
The Gift of Hair: I am donating my own hair to be made into a wig for a child undergoing cancer treatment. I’ll be posting a video online when it’s done!
The Gift of Funding: I am aiming to raise $3,300 to cover the cost of making a second wig for another child in need.
