I'm raising money to help relieve the financial burden from families that have a child being treated for a cancer diagnosis.
Hi everyone my name is Ava and I will be cutting my hair for Wigs4Kids. This is a something close to my heart. Losing your hair might seem like a small thing compared to fighting cancer but it can feel like they are losing part of themselves. Donating my hair is one way that i can give them a bit of their confidence back.
The money raised also goes to provide essential financial assistance to families in need, and funding within paediatric oncology hospitals across the country, ensuring that every child facing cancer receives the care and support they deserve.

Monday 28th Jul In less than 24 hours I reached my target of $800. That so incredible and so generous. I'm blown away by everyone's support.I've learnt more about how the wigs are made so I want to raise my goal to at least cover the cost of one wig.
"The price of each wig is $2,750 as they are hand made to fit each individual child's head measurements. Each wig takes around 40 hours to make.
These bespoke wigs are provided FREE to children aged 6-18 years old."
