Big Hair, Bigger Gift đź’ť

By Aimee Greenham Join Me

I'm raising money to help relieve the financial burden from families that have a child being treated for a cancer diagnosis.

My hair has always been such a big part of who I am. I couldn’t imagine losing my hair, especially if it was out of my control. So November 22nd, I’m chopping off 3/4 of my hair and donating it to help create a wig for a child going through cancer so they can feel a bit more themselves.

When I was a teenager, my mum went through cancer to treatment and in that time she ended up with a wig. The difference it made. She felt more herself, happier, pretty and like a person, not just a person going through cancer.

I hope to give that same feeling to a child who’s going through such a tough time already, and give them a chance to feel more confident.
