I'm raising money to help relieve the financial burden from families that have a child being treated for a cancer diagnosis.
With september being a month of awareness for so many amazing charities, one being Childhood Cancer - I have decided for the first time in 5 years to cut my hair short again and to join with Wigs4kids to donate my hair this month!
Other than my kids - my hair is the thing I get the most complements on, and if I can share that confident feeling I feel with a child that would be amazing!
I will be getting my hair cut on Wednesday the 10th, but since that is such short notice, I will have a donation page open for the month of September for anyone that compliments my new hair cut and would like to support me in supporting families facing cancer so they aren't alone - any amount will be appreciated as it goes towards providing essential financial assistance to families in need, and funding within paediatric oncology hospitals across the country, ensuring that every child facing cancer receives the care and support they deserve. My hair will be sent away to this amazing company where they will create a wig that will be donated to a child that has lost their hair due to health treatments that go along with this unfortunate illness.
