Every little bit counts for little lives
Sunday 14th Jul On October 3rd 1997, I was diagnosed with childhood cancer. A Ewings Sarcoma attached to my lungs, spine, ribs and aorta.The financial hardship that comes with a cancer diagnosis can make a traumatic experience so much worse.
To ease the financial pain for families of kids suffering, I am raising money for children with cancer as well as donating my hair (cut to the shoulder) to be made into a wig.
A single wig costs $2750 and 40 hrs to make. Fundraising for this cause means that a child will get a wig for FREE and excess funds will go directly to the families so they can worry a little less about bills that unfortunately don't stop with a diagnosis.
This is something I have always wanted to do and feel very passionately about so please share and donate to bring a little bit of joy to those going through unspeakable pain.
