Care Packages - January 2023

Monday 6th Mar

Alliance SI was given a great opportunity to help support Kids With Cancer Foundation Australia by donating our time to help pack ‘Care Packages’ at their Castle Hill site.

The Care Packs were filled with healthy snacks, colouring activities, and a personalised message from our wonderful team. They will be gifted to families in a Children's Hospital's Children’s Oncology clinic.

There was plenty of mud, laughter, and for some of us some big fear-conquering.

We love to continue to support raising awareness and funds for our charity of choice Kids With Cancer Foundation Australia

The Care Packs were filled with healthy snacks, colouring activities, party poppers, some tea and coffee for the parents, and a personalised message from our wonderful team. They will be gifted to families in a Children's Hospital's Children’s Oncology clinic.

Easter Care Packs

Tuesday 19th Apr

Every month our teammates have the opportunity to nominate a fellow teammate who has acted or reflected our company values in their day-to-day – Passion, Integrity, Service, and Excellence.

The recognition of our teammates for March was an outstanding 14 individuals (which we have not received before) – so as a ‘well-done team’ and to support our charity of choice we purchased x 14 easter care packages that have been delivered to Westmead Children’s Hospital, with some yummy little Chocks inside!!

Christmas Donations

Wednesday 8th Dec

We've supported a local business so we can continue to support our charity of choice - Kids with Cancer Foundation Australia.

We've purchased x 10 of these amazing soy candles and have made them available for any of our colleagues or someone they know you know would like an early Christmas gift.

What did our team have to do? - Each person donated to our kids with cancer donation page, took home an early Christmas gift and all the while supporting this wonderful charity.

⭐ BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT ⭐

Kids with Cancer Foundation love the partnerships that are formed not only with the community, but also businesses big and small.

When a business constantly supports a charity, it is important in more ways than we think. Firstly it ensures that there is a consistent flow of funds to be distributed to the kids and their families, but it also gives the team members of the company a purpose.

What better way to better ourselves, but by doing good in the community both personally and professionally.

Alliance SI have been supporting Kids with Cancer Foundation for approximately 4 years and we wanted to share with you why they have chosen us and why we stood out as a charity. ❤

For Alliance SI we are a family-owned business, so not only do our own family’s mean the world to us but so do our work family. So, this is why we were impressed with the Kids with Cancer Foundation’s support of both children and families in multiple ways:

▪️ by reducing family’s financial burden through a challenging and emotional time, so that each and every family impacted can focus on being present and caring for their child
▪️the ongoing research
▪️the strength in partnerships with national hospital
▪️the innovation with their fundraising ideas such as care packs and multiple campaigns throughout the years i.e scare cancer month

Supporting Kids with Cancer Foundation really matters to us, it has huge meaning to each of our team and has a positive effect on everyone.

But then there is the most obvious benefit of Alliance SI supporting Kids with Cancer Foundation – it makes a positive impact to the cause of Kids with Cancer Foundation.
