I'm raising money to help relieve the financial burden from families that have a child being treated for a cancer diagnosis.
I am shaving 4 kids throughout Australia. Your donations to this cause that means so much to me, will allow Kids with Cancer Foundation to continue with their financial support of families that have a child suffering cancer.
Please donate to my fundraiser, and share with your family and friends, together we can all make a difference.

My Story
Saturday 19th OctFirst and foremost I wanted to take a moment to thank you for visiting my page, regardless of whether you read any more.
My experiences with childhood cancer began at the age of 10, when I was diagnosed with a rare form of soft-tissue/bone cancer known as Ewing’s Sarcoma. My mother and I had to move 700 km away from my father and brothers to pursue treatment as the regional facilities in my hometown couldn’t provide the care I needed. Treatment for me consisted of chemotherapy and amputation of the site - I ended up giving cancer “the finger”. After almost a year of treatment in and out of hospital, I was officially cleared in May of 2012. I’m lucky enough to have been in remission ever since, for the past 12 years.
Much of my time in hospital was spent getting to know the other kids who were in a similar position as I was, and bonding with them. I made many friends in the Children’s Hospital and, despite the hardships we often shared, we found ways to still enjoy the parts of our childhood that we feel we may have missed.
My motivation to participate in Shave 4 Kids is to aid crucial charities that support children and their families going through childhood cancer, and to keep pushing towards a future without childhood cancer.
